Ragamuffins

Mommy: (to Hendon and Merrill on a weekday during the holidays when the kids were still in their jammies and had bed-head at noon) "You two are a couple of Ragamuffins!"

Merrill: "Whas a Wadamufin?"

Mommy: "Oh, it's like a messy little kid..."

Merrill: "Lite a Tuptate?" (Translation: "Like a Cupcake?")

Mommy: "Um, no. A different kind of muffin."
